Lord Sutch and Heavy Friends is the debut album of English rock singer Screaming Lord rostpropexaremanbrigyswitesurus.xyzinfoing began in May at Mystic Studios in Hollywood and it was released on Cotillion Records in The album featured an all-star line-up with contributions from Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page (who also produced the album) and John Bonham, guitarist Jeff Beck, session keyboardist Genre: Rock and roll, psychedelic rock.

Finishing the sessions in September, the finished album was released in February as Lord Sutch and Heavy Friends. Reaction to the LP was swift and generally unpleasant. It was called 'absolutely terrible' in Rolling Stone, stating that it made the musicians involved sound like 'fouled parodies of themselves' and most other reviews ran.

Having owned the original vinyl of this album and been lucky enough to see Lord Sutch live, this CD was a must have for me, the heavy friends of lord Sutch, J Beck, J Bonham, N Redding, J Page, N Hopkins to name a few where according to the media at the time not to happy with the end result, just goes to show you how times change it has a raw sound that has become the norm for many a great /5(14).

David Edward Sutch (11/10//16/99), or simply Screaming Lord Sutch, was and English musician and serial parliamentary candidate. During the s he was known for his horror-themed stage show, dressing as Jack the Ripper, pre-dating the shock rock antics of Alice Cooper.
