For those of you who don't know, Aldious is the real deal - an all female Japanese power metal band. There is no Visual Kei showmanship lurking behind this band as that is the band's lead singer Rami on the cover! =) The band's debut album Deep Exceed did not sound very good from a songwriting standpoint from the samples I heard so I skipped it. I found a video for the song Mermaid last night.

This is a short CD--it's brilliant that they put the music and guitar tab right inside the CD cover and an instruments-only version of two of the songs as well. If you want all the upcoming club/cover bands to play your songs, make it easy! I'm just getting into the girl-metal J-Rock and it's amazing. Aldious are clearly the top of this genre/5(14).
